Terms of Return:
- We accept returns within 28 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- Wrong Product: If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong product, we will be happy to correct the error.
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we accept returns as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition.
Process for Return:

- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at dorsetsaucery@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged, wrong product, etc.).
- Return Instructions:
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable (in the case of damaged/defective or Wrong Product sent, we will cover the return shipping costs).
- Please securely pack the product in its original packaging to ensure safe return shipping.
Process of Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refund Duration: If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
